-Clinical resources and collaboration (ethics, safeguarding, grand rounds, research, avocacy committees) -Internal compliance and auditing system to ensure staying in alignment with CASP best practices and billing guidelines -VPC and VPO (to align with best clinical and operational practices across regions) -Transparency and visibility -The local teams

Cons

I truly don't have anything. I have been here for years, and have no intention of leaving. I have appreciated BSP moving in directions that align with the continous need to evolve in alignment with best practices and expectations in the field.

Pros

Working at BlueSprig as a BCBA has been a really rewarding experience. There’s a strong emphasis on clinical quality and meaningful outcomes, and I feel supported by both leadership and my fellow BCBAs when it comes to collaboration and problem-solving. The team culture is positive and committed, which makes a big difference day-to-day, and I’ve appreciated the opportunity to build real relationships with families and see client progress over time. There are also solid resources and systems in place that help you do your job effectively, along with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Cons

As with any clinical role, it can be busy at times, but the work is meaningful and well-supported.
