Management never has a plan at least for their bread and butter product, no pipeline even for next 3 months PM team is busy to work on thought of the day by CEO Changes suddenly become P1 and the next day they become P4 and no one mentions them after they go live Low/No salary revision since 2 years, when inflation is high and revenue is stable Fired 25% of the company last year Never seen any project handled only by the CEO ever become successful and has been an energy drain for half the company for years yet he derides other management stakeholders. They can determine employees are expensive but never check other ways to save money like infra or projects with poor expectations. Meagre stock option with no liquidity. HR changes policies on the whim of management every year without regard to law of the land No activities or team off sites

- incredibly poor management skills - 0 internal communication - don't pay any compensation after firing people for more than 5 years workers - no one knows their job well - extremely poor C-level management (employees, company finance etc) - fires people without saying anything - Chief Marketing Officer doesn't know anything about gaming and did not communicate any while firing process, has very very poor management skills - CEO has very poor management skills, changes ideas in each 15 days. And did not response any email while termination process - CFO doesn't empathize with any kind of employee situation (something like to try to talk with a wall) - impossible to receive any compensation fee if they fire you - Fired people just 2 days before the new year day (1st Jan) for not to pay year end bonus!!! and without saying any reason!!! - Absolutely I don't recommend this company to anyone. they cannot get their bonus or compensation money and can find themselves fired without any proper info or contact person...
