Pros
employees try hard to make always changing demands by management. i give them a lot of credit b/c all ideas appear to me as they are spur of the moment at the whim of what was last touted
Cons
in my opinion there lacks a sustainability plan just trying to reach sales each qtr. this appears to be rarely successful. Turnover of resources and layoffs ongoing. Must be a money problem. i left b/c I didnt see this company surviving independently with this management team
