Pros

You have a paycheck and a job

Cons

I worked for BlueVoyant as one of the most tenured Client Executives for almost 3 years. This organization is led by finance executive and driven not a cyber or tech leadership. Throughout my time here, I witnessed 3 major turnovers of CROs. A parade of new shifting strategies and this organization has no focus when it comes their products between (MDR, SCD, and DRP). 1) Heavily overstaffed with limited territories for sales. Put simply they are in high growth mode and there is not enough territory for the amount of reps they've put into place. 5% of the reps will meet there quota this year. 2) Culture of FEAR. The organization has fired or pushed out almost 80% of all their sales staff in the last 24 months. I witnessed 30+ sales reps move in and out of this organization. Ritualistic firings happen every 90 days. You will need to sell or get fired quick here. 3) LEADERSHIP LEADERSHIP LEADERSHIP. The CRO running this organization is completely incompetent. He has no clue about the technology or outcomes that his products solve. He is all hype and provides no context into common GTM strategies you'd expect from an organization. The CEO of the organization doesn't respect his sales team. 4) Compensation. In additional to low quota attainment the compensation plan is absolutely terrible. They've pushed to a quota attainment vs. straight percentage payout model. Basically unless you're the 5% of reps who hit quota you won't make any commission here at all. 5) Fading Reputation. This organization previously had a good reputation with Microsoft but that has completely changed and is represented in their pipeline. Do yourself a favor only take this job if it's your absolute last option. This organization is a sinking ship and one of the worst types of tech sales jobs you can find on the bottom on the list. Stay away and run as far and fast as you can.

Pros

A collaborative and inclusive culture where team members are encouraged to share ideas and learn from one another. It also offers a good balance between work and personal life with options for remote work.

Cons

As the company expands, there can be occasional growing pains in terms of processes and resource allocation
