      Team members are fantastic Benefits are fantastic You can make a real difference with your work

      Regular layoffs, late and inconsistent performance metrics, HR is unresponsive, compensation not tied to performance, re-orgs every couple months, most are operating with defensive mindset, management is not accountable.

      Pros

      I work in BlueVoyant more than 2 years now and it has been nothing more than perfect. The people, my personal team and manager and the work environment are all great and more than I could’ve imagined when signing my contract.

      Communication across different business units and can get a bit better.
