Pros

Building software can be hard and there are always new challenges that come from all sides, but this group is highly collaborative, positive, and creative in their approach. The people at BlueVoyant are the reason why I enjoy my work every day even when there are difficult situations to navigate. People are respectful, intelligent, and thoughtful in how they interact with all parts of the business. It's refreshing to see. Being fully remote is a great perk given how many other companies are moving away from that. The benefits are good and there are many company holidays on top of federal ones.

Cons

There are always competing constraints on resources and that can cause tension. We can always strive for more transparency and better estimations. There could be more done to encourage a better culture across the entire company all year, and not just at the year end/holidays.
