Pros

BlueVoyant really cares about the employees. If any personal emergencies happen or accommodations are needed, they are great at working with you. They don't put up with BS though, you get what you put in. Be upfront and trusting, you'll get the same in return.

Cons

Hours can be long if approaching releases or deadlines. Also, be prepared to work HARD and adapt to shifting priorities.
