As a current employee at BV, I can personally say my time here has been exceptional. From day one, I was warmly welcomed into a highly collaborative and supportive team environment. You are treated as a true professional and your ideas to enhance the company and its over strategy are taken into account. BlueVoyant places a tremendous emphasis on fostering personal and professional growth. There are plenty of opportunities for skill development and the company is actively working on creating even more robust skills development programs for its employees. All departments have the opportunity for on-the-job training, workshops, or certifications. Since my tenure, I have had many opportunities to expand my knowledge and boost my confidence in my abilities. This also speaks to having a good manager and leadership team. The work here is very challenging and rewarding. I feel genuinely valued for my contributions. The company is committed to diversity and inclusion and I have seen firsthand how we celebrate differences and ensure every voice is heard, so everyone feels respected and appreciated. In summary, my experience has been fantastic. I truly enjoy what I do, who I work for and my team. Most important, nothing is better than working for a company and solution you believe in and being proud to be a part of the team.
Cons
There are always areas of improvement we can continue to work on work-life balance, defining our career paths, and improving the remote culture as a Global Company. Overall, these are normal growing pains and my experience in BV has been largely very positive. I appreciate the opportunities for growth and the supportive team environment. Addressing the areas of improvement above will continue to enhance the employee experience and solidify BVs position as an exceptional employer.
