      Freedom to be creative, flexible remote work, impressive tech, insane amount of experience and industry knowledge.

      Cons

      Some internal processes still need work, can be challenging getting the resources you need to be successful when first navigating the company. Some poor hiring decisions in the past made the job quite difficult. Still giving BV 5 stars for the potential the company has to be world class.
