A handful of smart people, some of whom will actually get things done

Completely antiquated mindset. This is not a modern company, and as such, you should not expect anything above the bare minimum. Leadership is lost. Hard work is not recognized. You don’t want to work here unless you have a lack of abuse in your life.

-Has plenty of VC money at their disposal -Unlimited PTO -Solid tech partnerships (i.e. Microsoft, Splunk, etc.) -A decent amount of tools at your disposal to perform your job.

Cons

-Major leadership changes within a short period of time (multiple COO's, CMO's, CRO's, etc.). -Employee turnover in general is bad -Recently went through layoffs -Inconsistent values and goals -Uncomfortable work setting; constantly walking on eggshells -If you're thinking about working here, consider the fact they will fire you in a heartbeat if they don't like you personally, even for the most minuscule things.
