There are so many talented folks to learn from, and best in market solutions to grow with. High expectations along with rapid growth can create a turbulent ride at times, but the rewards are worth the work invested. I have confidence in our leadership who compensates me fairly while surrounding me with talented and team driven coworkers

Cons

No cons that I can think of. Working in a well funded MSS startup can make for a rather breakneck pace at times. That's an understandable and expected challenge.

* Benefits are good * Great coworkers

Cons

* Constantly putting out fires, often on weekends or after work hours * No time to tackle the tech debt that makes said fires worse * Undocumented code in massive monorepos * No real way to test code * Company reorgs often and with no good reason * Frequent layoffs looming over your head * Unhealthy fixation on story points and other pointless metrics * No real opportunities for salary increases * Average day will be one third meetings, and somehow information transfer is lacking at best
