I have been an employee for years now. Program Managers and Management do a great job of being engaged and present. The company reaches out to do the little things that really matter to us.

CEO really went out of his way to get feedback from employees. Made training opportunities easily available. I really felt like BlueWater had my back as an employee as long as I followed the rules.

Cons

The health, vision, and dental benefits could be better.
