      A growing company who focuses on their people

      Pros

      This company is going places! not only are the staff passionate they are extremely talented. I’m based in the Irving office and people genuinely care and take the time to get to know and welcome you. Management is beginning to empower the employees to direct and foster the culture we get to set the tone, your option counts, your feedback is welcomed and asked for ! The company is growing not only is there new job rec's being created, there are opportunities to grow and gain promotion.

      Cons

      Office layout could be better, with growth we have acquired more floor space and its a little quirky.

      Pros

      Team environment, lots of opportunities in claims. It's like being on the ground floor for an exciting new company with a big upside

      Cons

      Many operating systems because several companies were merged together but I think management is working to fix.

      Great company to work for in 2020!

      Pros

      Great atmosphere. Employees are happy and enjoy coming to work. Company has a big vision for the future.

      Cons

      Conference rooms never seem to be fully operational when needed. Office temp control seems impossible most of the year. Multiple domains within the same office results in issues.
