-Workload is easy, and you are spoon fed from the time you start to the time you leave. They know this and want to keep it that way. This is why the pay is so low, the people actually handling claims aren’t qualified. As an adjuster at this company you are doing the leg work and providing customer service, so that someone else can actually make claims decisions.
-if you are an experienced claims adjuster, DO NOT WORK HERE
-Promotions are specifically based on if the upper management likes you personally, not on if the person is qualified
-The environment is extremely cliquey, if you don’t fit in you will not like working
-If you want to work remote this job is not for you. You will not be given that opportunity even though they may say it. The President of claims lied in a Town Hall meeting saying this would be provided, and months later it has not only been denied, they are also bringing remote people back into the office.
-Something isn’t right about the way things are being done here, in my experience with companies this company is showing all the signs of going under or being bought out in the near future.
