Pros

The people at Bluehost are some of the nicest you will meet, and they seem to be genuinely interested in helping their employees improve. They understand the work/life balance and will work with you to get a schedule that fits your needs. Full-time and part-time work is available.

Cons

Pay is not competitive for the industry. Bonus structure is the most confusing I have seen in any commission-based company. It is not possible for employees to track their own commissions.

Pros

Good starting pay. A lot of smart and talented people. A percentage of these people are fun to be around. The business is actually growing.

Cons

The culture is one that openly tolerates or encourages sexism, racism, and homophobia. Encourages it, even, under the deceptive flag of being "more tolerant" of people's behavior. But that's only true if their behavior conforms to white, male, LDS social norms. Gay people, people of color, and women are all fair game for harassment, but if you want to draw the ire of the higher ups, talk about religious or conservative issues frankly.
