      Bluemercury provides great opportunities to gain experience, build new relationships and grow within the company. In addition, the beauty products and spa services they make available are superior to most other retailers. It's a very friendly, positive and challenging environment to drive the success of the company.

      Pros

      If you love skincare and makeup this is for you! So much fun with clients and helping them find what truley works for them instead of pushing one brand on them like other retailers. You have the freedom to customize what is best for the clients. Known for giving samples before selling something you are unsure of. Such great growth opportunities by promotions from within. The company has such great contests for staff! The staff is innovative and knowledgeable on product and ingredients. The spa is an amazing experience which I recommend to all!

      Smaller staff so need to keep the balance and get along with all different personalities.
