Pros
I have been with Bluemercury for almost 2 years now. I have been in retail for a long time and have learned a lot in my years in retail, but being in charge of my own freestanding store with Bluemercury as well as the guidance from my Divisional Manager has allowed me to learn so much more and expand my retail management skills to another level. It's very exciting to be in on the ground level with a growing company.
Cons
Being that Bluemercury is growing quickly there are continual changes, which some people may find it difficult to keep up if your are not organized.
