Pros

There was always a way to make bonuses. If you know how to sell, you’ll make them.

Cons

Work/life balance is rough as a manager. They have an unofficial policy that managers usually never get 2 days off in a row. Sunday and Wednesday are the days off that they suggest and highly push you into doing.
