      Gratis. I had to sell because the pay is horrible

      Cons

      Low ball on hourly wage. Hours are constantly being cut store is slow and not making goals. 1% commission if store make goals. No time and a half or holiday pay. Yearly raise takes effect Jan 1st is NOT retroactive on hire date. Watch your pay checks!! This company cuts corners where ever there is one. They dont care about the employees they hire. There is no expanding and career opportunities in this company. DEAD END JOB.

      Pros

      Good starting wage for retail. Great gratis! Good employee discount (30%).

      Cons

      Long shifts (10 hour days often working working 6+ days in a row). Crappy schedules and last minute changes are constant. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Corporate encourages you to write good reviews on their products online (really?). Strongly encouraged (feels forced) to sell their brand products only in stores. Pays hourly but has high sales goals. All these new reviews have got to be fake and hence why I wanted to share my views when I worked there. Did I mention how horrible the management is?

      Getting a discount is great, I worked with some great people. Awesome gratis.

      Cons

      Low pay, company doesn't care about you. You're expected to do everything and get paid nothing. No room to truly grow.
