Customers and coworkers are great

Cons

Pay scale is dismal , have to make store goal to earn 1% bonus , they make it almost impossible to reach goal with their 20% increases , no stock , nothing the customers want , etc Nobody listens to you when you know what is needed to excel they are intimidated by employees with half a brain . They throw money away by having us transfer products all over the state, the ups bill must be astronomical instead of just ordering the merchandise from the vendors Truly a sad state of affairs here. I could go on and on

No supervision Bonus structure Overtime Clients can be amazing

Cons

Payroll budget is comical. No regard to geographic location when it comes to allocation of payroll hours. Store managers are paid hourly so we eat up a portion of the payroll budget. Entire company is underpaid and short staffed
