Hours and gratis. Store hours are decent. Gratis is amazing but I'd rather better pay.

Cons

Gossip gossip gossip. Work work work. Doing all the work while manager sits back and chat.

Good ideas, great being able to sell multiple lines to clients. Nice gratis.

Cons

Management, gossiping from upper management, unqualified managers, not getting fair pay, getting schedules with only days notice, very low pay, virtually no benefits, unqualified staff due to qualified staff leaving due to lack of pay and tons of gossip, No premium pay in blue states, and bad hours. You will have to work alone and be in the store for hours alone. Lots of gossip.

meeting new vendors, gratis and discount for employees. What commission? 1% commission IF AND ONLY IF you achieved their unrealistic goals.

Cons

Just don't. I believe this is the worst makeup company to work for. Upper management does NOT care about employees and no support from them. Be ready to sell your soul to this company. They will not care about you at all. You will go crazy working here. The things I gained from working in this company is mental and physical abuse is real in a workplace meaning they will work you to death. HR doesn't do anything for the employees of this company. You will have serious PTSD from them. RUN IF YOU CAN. I'LL SAVE YOU SOME TIME. DO NOT APPLY IN HERE. If they treat their employees like human beings they wouldn't put negative comments in here.
