Pros

- Can be fun - Possibility of tips - Can be relaxing - Flexible schedule - Good pay - Employee discount is good

Cons

- Communication with HR is not great - Most recently part timers do not receive gratis anymore - Practically no hours - company is so scared of internal theft they make you jump through hoops to get gratis or to even buy something. - Rules are constantly changing and nothing is the same the next week - Depending on management it can be a great experience or a mediocre one - Goals are impossibly high
