Pros

Good health benefits for full-time employees

Cons

Poor work environment and zero work/life balance. Upper management is terrible and treats staff poorly. There was a lot of verbal abuse and manipulative behavior from management. Also, no room for advancement unless you are willing to relocate out of state. You have to use your PTO to take a Saturday off and there are zero paid holidays. You cannot ask for time off from Oct 31st to Jan 1st.
