This company does not care about anything but money. This is a company made by a woman “for women” when in reality they don’t care about anyone at all. For a company that’s all about hard working women you would think they offer at least maternity leave, think again. Not to mention the racial discrimination and overall horrible upper management. There is no where to turn when experiencing an issue whether it’s harassment in the workplace, feeling unsafe or any other issue that may occur. This place is a joke and if you want to be undervalued after working in numerous locations, taking place of manager when one is fired (which is extremely often) and not get paid for it than this is the place for you. Bluemercury only wants white women with no husband and no children to work for them if you do not fit that criteria you will have a very difficult time staying with this company.
