Pros

Tons of professional development, fun and supportive work environment, plenty of day to day autonomy, and of course the opportunity to work with hilarious and generally wonderful (albeit sometimes challenging) students.

Cons

The job can be emotionally exhausting (but its worth it, promise!)

Pros

- People are passionate about their jobs and improving education - There is a great support network at some schools - You get to work closely with students and get to know them really well - There is a lot of opportunity to grow as a professional - Growing company - Get to work in education with students but not as a full time teacher (can try it out)

Cons

- Low pay (being honest) - Some schools have better support than others - Growing company (this is a pro and a con since there is opportunity to create new things but also there are still some things up in the air you have to figure out yourself)
