Pros
- great coworkers - good communication - lots of feedback - good payment - decent benefits Overall: I love this company and love working here. It's one of the best jobs I have held so far with interesting and diverse projects and relative freedom to work your creative mind. If you can keep up with the high workload without stressing out, you will find your dream job here.
Cons
- very tight deadlines - managers & leads don't keep your back free, but add pressure - meetings hell - passive aggressive management style (Like: "Everybody else can keep the deadline, but you.") - you repeatedly have to defend your actions - management often ping pongs between one decision and others (Like: "Yes, you can." > "Wait, no, you can't." > "Wait, we need to talk to the customers first." > "Ok, no." > "Oh, the customer said it's fine.")
