      no flexibility in work hours very controlling total micro managing Quality review is not reasonable (3% is not a good sample size!) especially if it reflects on performance

      Flexible, good teams, remote, and option to work in office anytime

      Cons

      no bonus, raise only considered after one full year plus wait until either June or January for review and raise discussion. Not good job security.
