-Great pay for the position in comparison to other companies in the area -You get to work with some very interesting people from all over the world from a variety of backgrounds -Free food and snacks when working on-site -The work isn't super challenging or stressful

Cons

-Incompetant and inexperienced managment team that prides themselves on being the opposite -High turnaround rate, especially for supervisors and managers -Unclear and vague performance rating systems, constantly chaging goal posts at the last minute not to your advantage -No room to grow or adnvace your career

diversity that's about it. they are selling you dreams but you see that its just words

Cons

You have to be referred by the right management in order to do as you wish. If you complain about certain behavior that will go against you since those persons dont want to be reported. they will find their way to get you in trouble really quick.
