      Pros

      If you like zoo, and people who dont shower like some TLs that were allowed by their OPM to sit in the restroom for 2-3 hours time to watch a movie while taking a poop. Thats how it is in this company. Pro tip: make friends with the right TL and OPM you will be protected even if you sleep in your car. Some ex veterans becoming Tl are perfect example lol. Working here was truly like going to the zoo. I loved it

      Just dont complain, sadly you cant say whats wrong otherwise. Those lazy people will find excuse and stupid reasons to justify their behavior.

      Good coworkers I met there.

      Cons

      Bad leadership, excessive micromanagement, incompetent people getting promoted and given leadership positions. You are asked to sacrifice your personal time due to tight and disorganized deadlines. The Localization team looses a lot of talented translators every month.

      Great coworkers, multicultural environment, interesting and diverse projects

      Cons

      A lot of backstabbing and bullying, especially from management. Corporate leadership is unsympathetic as long as numbers are good. Complaints to HR are directly referred back to management including the names of the people complaining, who are then retaliated against. This directly leads to a horrific work environment with many colleagues distrusting managers and leads and eventually leaving in anger, pain and frustration.
