We are not micro managed or hand held, but there are many opportunities to get with senior consultants for mentoring and team collaboration. In general it is a supportive progressive company that embraces innovation and the "next big thing"

operations and leadership is lacking good process and employees are often confused or cannot find things they need

Company values, office culture, location, company events and accomplishment parties, award winning company, and leading experts in the industry work here!

Cons

Parking is limited, a little too close to amazing Bellevue restaurants and the mall (ha ha), it gets a little too quiet at times but this isn't necessarily a bad thing, and not much else to say because it's really a great place to work!
