Remote work is the only pro.

Where should I start? I think the biggest problem is that incompetent managers and employees do everything they can to prevent capable people from getting promotions. The most likely reason is the possibility of being replaced by these smart people. Upper management is oblivious to this and they don't care. Please avoid this toxic place and go work retail if you have to!
