Pros
It used to be the pay. but with their 25 cent pay jump a year is just a joke. but resetting pw all day long for that kind of pay. no wonder why people dont want to leave and you are a follower not a leader that the place to go. The culture here is dont question what is asked to do even if it does not make sense, just do it dont think and make sure to be friendly with the right OPMS and make sure to be friend with your TL he is ultimately the one who decides to record all your actions and report it or not.
Cons
no freedom, no time for your family, no flexibility, low pay, unfair policy is applied here, they will make sure to deny you getting unemployement.
