Pros

Steady minimal paycheck, snacks, coffee, keyboard, mouse

Cons

If you're thinking about working at Blueprint Technologies in Bellevue, WA, it’s a good idea to do your own research first. While the company looks good on the outside, there are some real issues inside that can make it a tough place to grow or feel supported. Upper management is often out of touch with what’s happening day to day. Employee feedback doesn’t always get listened to, and decisions are often unfair or based on personal preferences. The work environment focuses a lot on following rules instead of encouraging new ideas, and speaking up can backfire. There aren’t many chances to move up in the company, and raises don’t happen often - even for people who work hard and do well. Paycheck is minimal & limited by strict caps, and it can be hard to get clear answers about benefits, which aren’t always easy to use. The way performance is reviewed is confusing. Feedback is often unfair or disconnected from the actual work, and small mistakes are treated as big problems. Meanwhile, more important issues get ignored. The overall culture is discouraging. People are often told not to challenge bad client requests or speak up when something’s wrong. Leadership cares more about following rules than recognizing good ideas, which makes it hard for employees to stay motivated or feel valued. Communication inside the company isn’t great. Important updates from clients are delayed, and it can take a while to get clear answers from leadership or support teams. Much of the work is repetitive, with little room for creativity or input. Many roles involve doing basic tasks passed down from clients, and there aren’t many chances to take on meaningful or challenging projects. The company mostly supports other businesses instead of building its own products or solutions.
