Pros

-Your colleagues know what they're doing -Company truly has an ethos of recognizing hard work, as well as going above & beyond -People are open and welcome change, and especially welcome your ideas & contributions to effect that change -Excellent location(s) in Bellevue -Plenty of perks, rewards and company fun events

Cons

-Ever-changing, ever-growing environment..this place is not for you if you're looking for a comfy 9-to-5 -The same freedom that some love, others will loathe..again, this place is not for you if being told what to do/how to do it/least effort possible is your thing

Pros

Overall this is a pretty great company to work for. The company is growing, with plenty of opportunity to do different things, and yet, not too large of a company that no one knows your name. Benefits are pretty sweet as well.

Cons

None come to mind. It's pretty much what you make of it.

Pros

Collaboration is a daily habit that people are encouraged to embrace and partake in. Overall, people do not hold onto ideas too firmly, and individuals are willing to adapt and pivot to whatever the current priorities are. Challenges are constant, which in turn produces consistent growth opportunities for everyone who is up to the task. Individual ownership, accountability and responsibility is both expected, yet an abundant amount of liberty is granted for individual uniqueness, personality and skill to shine through in different ways. There is exceptional thought leadership within the company and a great company culture and camaraderie.

Cons

For some, high levels of expectations with the presence of ambiguity can be "outside" their comfort zones, thus difficult to navigate.
