      diversity that's about it. they are selling you dreams but you see that its just words

      Cons

      You have to be referred by the right management in order to do as you wish. If you complain about certain behavior that will go against you since those persons dont want to be reported. they will find their way to get you in trouble really quick.

      Pros

      I enjoyed working with a very diverse group of coworkers, and the provided meals were decent.

      Cons

      Upper management at Blueprint do not know how to lead, and they try to micromanage everything about the employees' day-to-day activities. Most employees have no real opportunities for advancement or career development, so it is a dead-end job for most people.
