Pros

Amazing people and the friendliest, respectful atmosphere I've ever worked at. True, some of the Team Leads should get back to high school or at least wash their clothes. It's not NASA difficult job and not the most exciting one, but the quality requirements are high. If you don't break the rules, if you come to work on time (apparently punching machine is too complicated for all those "smart" people who try so hard to punch in and out on time and are never successful) you will never have any issues with the management. I was never stressed, I always felt respected and appreciated.

Cons

Looking at many of my coworkers, it's a company that gives money (a really good money) for free for so many not well educated, lazy, unprofessional people. Work is not difficult, benefits are great for this kind of work, free food and all that alltogether, surprisingly makes people complain. It's true there is not a lot of opportunities to grow, but hey people! Let's be honest. What's your education? What's this amazing skill you have that you should be promoted for? Maybe you should study? Take some classes? Grow? Appreciate the great start, work hard and move one when you're ready.

Pros

• Above-average pay for a contact center job. • Free junk food and bruised bananas. • There is a camaraderie between colleagues - shared pain brings people together.

Cons

• No holidays off unless they fall on your regularly scheduled day off. • PTO black-outs during summer and wintertime - threats by leadership to not call out sick during the black-out period. • Using UTO causes penalties. • No Monday-Friday schedule option openly available to Support Techs. • Limited room for advancement within the company. • The Bellevue location is a contact center that can be mind-numbingly easy and leave you with a lingering sense of dissatisfaction and meaninglessness in the work, itself. • Support techs are treated like children and given little responsibility. Team Leads are essentially glorified babysitters, as another reviewer wrote, with no real responsibility or weight in their team's advancement within the company. • Poor morale. • No incentive to perform well. • Limited inclusion and tolerance.

Pros

There are none. They lied to me in my interview about all these great perks that they don’t actually have capacity to administer.

Cons

Where do I start? Unprofessional atmosphere-employees literally scream and cuss at each other. This is a reactive company, not proactive. The pay is well below average. If you aren’t on the leadership team, no one gives a damn about you. The well stocked liquor cabinet cost more than my salary. I had no idea an HR department could be so convoluted in every single function. This company does not even pretend to care about their employees while leadership continues to take big salaries. It was obvious from the start that I needed to get out of this company ASAP. This experience was HELL!
