      This is a fun place to work and they really care about their employees. The company itself has a great vision and always

      Cons

      The only con is if you are not agile in regards to change, this place is not right for you. That isn't a con for me though.

      Pros

      There’s really no boundaries to what you can do in your role. This company has been evolving year over year and the leadership team encourages change. I’ve been excited lately as we’re diving into formalizing our innovation strategies with our clients.

      Cons

      You work long hours but it always seems to pay off. You have to be invested outside of 40 hours of work.

      They foster a family atmosphere. Good benefits. Good mentors

      Cons

      There are two factions: staff augmentation (low skills) in gaming, and application development in the data analytics field. If you don't fit into one of these molds, you may have trouble being placed.

We understand your frustrations regarding placement, as this is a common reality in the consulting industry. Blueprint highly values our employees and their skill sets, and we aim to redeploy them at the end of their engagements. For this reason, we keep profiles of our employees with their skills and qualifications so that we can fill roles internally before searching elsewhere. We also encourage employees to continue to expand on their qualifications through our Tuition Reimbursement perk.
