Pros

Great people to work with Pay is pretty solid A lot of opportunity to network and get better jobs with different companies

Cons

I didn't work with the company very long but I saw a few unethical things being performed there: Lying recruiters: The recruiters will fabricate information, promise vacations, promise future promotions, promise anything in order to hire somebody. Secrecy around compensation: managers were not being paid equally and were encouraged to not talk about compensation with each other so that they wouldn't find out the disparity. Erosion of benefits and trust: Things that are perks are thought of as lofty privileges not worth investing by upper management. They will try to take things away including parking. Fake interviews for positions already filled: They will open a position with a candidate already picked out but will put out requests for applicants for needless interviews. Punishing people for being sick: Unless you are able to give proper 48 hour notice, you will be docked for taking sick time and are encouraged to work sick. Leading to a workplace full of sick people. Salaried people encouraged to work off the clock: the company hosts many meetings that are considered mandatory for all salaried individuals regardless if it's on a day off or not. Fake promotions: Your title and role will change and your workload will increase without any monetary compensation. You will still be responsible for your previous responsibilities as well. Now to the not unethical and just unpleasant: No support. Company ballooned out without setting up proper support infrastructure so they're in a constant game of catch up No holidays. Ever. Policies are rolled out without regard to input from anybody and are treated in a "don't like it? leave" attitude Should be a high level support center, is treated like a call center for telemarketers Management that is lazy in some areas or lack interpersonal skills Stifled promotion path with weak annual raises (that you can't discuss with others) Management don't care about turnover rate

Pros

This job is good for people who literally do not care. You get paid well for the grunt work you do where equivalent jobs would pay a lot less to do the same work. The diversity is great. You'll meet many people from all cultures and background. This is the best thing about the company. You'll definitely have some fun with your peers.

Cons

Upper management is the worst. You could be doing the best work of your life and they'll still find something to ding you on. Ever since we starting working from home, there has been micro-management like no other. Management also does not care to improve or take into consideration anything that could actually benefit the company. The company doesn't care about their employees. Here's the kicker...ready? Ever since the BLM movement started coming up again this year, they vowed to donate money every month to a Black organization. Funny thing is, they don't even care enough about their own employees to do something even a small fraction generous. A lot of us just want to be heard and valued. But instead, we get penalized. A lot are afraid to speak up and those that do are let go. I wonder how those BLM donations are going. Be warned. If you work here, hide in the shadows and collect your pay-checks. At the first sign of a better opportunity, GET OUT. Your life doesn't begin here. It ends. You will become depressed here because almost all of us are.

Pros

The support team (middle management) is amazing.

Cons

The CEO has major issues. He literally yells and treats his team horrible. The executive team beneath him are afraid to say anything because he gives criticism but can’t take it. He also has his top level executives working multiple roles with his multiple companies.
