Pros
The working conditions are fine and there's nothing really unfair that goes on at this company.
Cons
Being so young, change is frustratingly common. Change is good of course, but I went through four major reorganizations in less than a year there. Some high-level stability would result in better morale; the OPM team seemed to change weekly.
