Exactly what you'd expect working as a server in a restaurant but...

A lot better than other restaurants, just because even though sometimes it does get really busy I'd say most of the time it's not and the pay is still really good. Obiously you are not just standing around doing nothing but it's way less stressfull.

Cons

I would probably say that there are some people who I don't enjoy working with, when you make a mistake as a newbie it's alright, when you make a mistake as a full-fledged employee of 6+ months you are being stigmatized, and it's usually by very same people who I don't enjoy working with,

- competitive pay compared to other coffee shops. not the best but not the worst. - health insurance - pto

Cons

- incompetent management at all levels and almost completely absent unless nick stone is in town - bonuses insultingly low or nonexistent - company cutting back on costs so: no raises (not even the normal yearly 25c raise), skeleton crew and trying to cut staff and hours even more, broken equipment, lack of equipment and supplies - lack of growth opportunities - barista job but you will mostly be cooking, even in coffee shops - poor training - complete lack of support across the board
