The workers that are in the company are one of the best people I have met

It seems very nice at first, this company does a great job at SELLING their vision for the company and of you within such company. Making more empty promises than you've ever witnessed. That being said the honeymoon here ends fast. Upper management and ownership is very biased. There's no real equal opportunity here, unless you happen to become one of the Australians "favorites" ( and oh boy do they have them) you'll probably be stuck in a perpetual position. Don't waste your time, genuine hard work and dedication don't go very far here. They work you to the bone until you're fed up and then if you quit they just replace you. You're definitely expendable in this company. You can do better.
