Plenty of growth opportunities and always a lot to learn! Never doing to same mundane task everyday. Senior Management is always willing to help and not afraid to get into details in order to do so.

Cons

Not really any cons working here. With all the growth, you just need to make sure you stay organized, prioritize, and communicate often.
