Great hours. Great pay. Excellent benefits. Excellent training and support. Plenty of growth opportunities. Internal promotions.

Cons

There is not really many downsides to the job. The store is a retail store, so it is open seven days a week. That would be the only downside for some people.

Blufox is a great company to work for. There is a ton of opportunity for growth and as a Sales Rep or Store Manager you can basically write your own check. Hours are very reasonable and Management is there to actually help and develop you. I have been in retail for the past 15 years and honestly this has been by far the best company I have worked for during that time.

Cons

Operating systems can be a bit cumbersome.
