PICTURE IT: You have an upper leadership team that not only encourages your growth. They are in your corner even when you have personal things that happen outside the business. To have upper leadership that treats you like a human being. But also challenges you in ways at work that will allow you to grow and maximize your compensation plan is one of the best things you can ask for. The structure allows for creativity and collaboration that can occur across the company. The growth in the company is also amazing as long as you play your part and do the right behaviors.

I’ve been with Blufox awhile now and I can say that it’s hands down the best company I have worked for and I’ve been in the field a long time. Are expectation high? Absolutely as any company’s should be. Do we get paid and rewarded for our hard work? Absolutely we do our pay is the most competitive. Done sometimes have tough conversations? Sure do that’s how we grow. Overall they 100% will back you in every aspect as long as you give you your all. You are always supportive. Darin & Mike (VP & President) best in the business.

Cons

We work a lot but we get paid alot…that’s really not a con!!
