When I started here I was a sales representative and I told my district manager Katie after a few months that I wanted to move up. She said she would start working with me more and get me developed to be able to be promoted and here we are a few months later and I have been promoted. She filled me with knowledge, continued my growth with the sales process and led me to a bigger paycheck and promotion.

No too much as far as cons besides some system issues which happen everywhere and are out of our control

This has been a great opportunity for me. I was skeptical a first because it is hourly plus commission and the hourly is on the lower end, but there is no way you can't make great money. There is alot of stores opening and alot of advancement. My district manager showed me videos of trips we win a out of the country they go every year. Never had a company do that.

Cons

just wish we had at least sick time.
