Pros

friendly and approachable employees, formal but laid back environment (business casual dress code but it feels great to dress nicely), nice building with fitness center, all the free snacks you could ask for and a deli next door, flexible hours and work-at-home opportunities.

Cons

Onboarding into a corpration requires lots of hoops to jump through, the benefits package leaves a bit to be desired.

Opportunity to work with reputable clients in oil & gas industry. Flexible and very collaborative work environment. Great place if you're a self-motivated person and you are eager to expand your technical skills in multiple domains.

Cons

So you really need to be self motivated:-) You have to be able to learn on your own. Also the benefits party might have room for improvement.
