Pros
The best thing about this company is they care about they worker, They make sure that you are respected at all times. Anything you need to make the job not just good but great they make it the first part of business, They let you let see that voice matters, and the things to make your job better for you.
Cons
Well here is the cons, The supervisor give you no reason why your work should not be done at the end of your work day, Being late is a big deal when you do not call in at two hour before you due at work dose not stand, Half doing your job is a major problem, because if you need help they will provide it for you. That want stand, reason not real.
