I have worked with Bobcat people for 2 years continuous project. I have got a better and good experience with them. And i learned may thing being working with them. It's a large electronic equipment machinery project. Good management .

Cons

difficulties to deliver results due to a lack of decisions. Construction equipment industry is facing difficult business environment in the last years. The matrix organizational chart is diluting responsibilities. The new President will probably tackle this problem.
