Pros

Pay is good can find friendly people there. Fine if you go in and keep your head down.

Cons

Everyone wants you to know they are better than you. Lots of drama and back stabbing. If you are a woman good luck having any respect from the men in leadership positions. Some people can come to work drunk and miss a ton of days with no discipline, others look at a supervisor wrong and their life is now miserable. Absolutely no communication but very high expectations. Most bosses don’t actually know how the work they oversee should work. Most frustrating place I have ever been.
