Pros

Coworkers are decent for most part.

Cons

Management is biased. Company surveys reflect this information but HR does nothing about it. Favoritism in dept is very prominent as well. Lazy coworkers vs hard working ones- mgmt doesn’t reward accordingly.

Non profit and seems to care about actual patient care.

Cons

Many people have worked there too long and are jaded. Favoritism is rampant. Pay is horrible. Left to make over 30k more a year for less responsibility.
